Enosh Bolo is the Managing Director of Maxworth Associates, a management, research and training consulting firm in Nairobi Kenya. He has over 20 years of experience in Organizational Development, HR Advisory, and public sector reforms. He has wealth of experience in organizational restructuring and Job Evaluations, Business Process Reengineering, Strategic Planning, Policy development, change management, productivity improvements, training and capacity building. Enosh has presented a number of papers on leadership development programmes in Kenya, region and around the globe. He is also a motivational speaker and facilitator in Business Leadership, Performance Management and Productivity.

He holds an MBA in Strategic Management, Bachelor of Education, Diploma in HRD, and a Certificate in Sustainable Enterprise Promotion through Good work place practices from ITCILO. Enosh was a Board member of Higher Education Loans Board, Sports Stadia and Directorate of Industrial Training in Kenya and was a member of ILO Strategy formulation Committee. He has previously served as the Deputy Executive Director of FKE, Head of Consulting of the Kenya Institute of Management and the head of school improvement program in the Republic of Seychelles. Enosh is an experienced coach, particularly working with CEOs, managers and Judges in public, private and development sectors both in Kenya and Africa.
